Our Flower Garden ("the app") is operated by Pulkiki.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
By using the app you agree to these practices.
1 · What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run the app:
Account information — your email address, display name, and profile
photo, provided by Google when you sign in.
Garden data — the flowers you send and receive, the messages
attached to them (up to 240 characters), the timestamps, and the positions of flowers
on your shared canvas.
Device token — a push-notification identifier used to deliver
alerts to your device (for example, when your partner sends you a flower).
Voice notes — short audio recordings you choose to attach to a
flower (a premium feature). Recordings are stored privately in encrypted cloud
storage and are only accessible to you and your linked partner. The app requests
microphone access solely for this purpose; access is never used in the background.
Feedback — bug reports and feature suggestions you submit
voluntarily through the app's Help section.
We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any other information
beyond what is listed above.
2 · How we use it
To create your account and link you with your partner.
To synchronize your shared garden in real time across both devices.
To send push notifications (new flower received, daily reminders).
To process premium subscription status and unlock premium features.
To read and respond to feedback you submit.
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose
beyond operating the app.
3 · Third-party services
The app relies on the following third-party providers. Each processes data
under their own privacy policies, which we link to below.
PostHog (PostHog Inc.) — provides product analytics to help
us understand how the app is used in aggregate (for example, which features
are most used). No personally identifiable information is sent; events are
associated with an anonymous identifier only.

4 · Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your data is shared with the third-party services listed in Section 3 solely to
operate the app.
Your garden is only visible to you and your linked partner. No other user —
and no member of our team — can read your messages or see your garden.
5 · Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
If you unlink your garden, the shared garden data, all messages, and all
voice note recordings are permanently and immediately deleted for both you
and your partner.
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data,
contact us at the address in Section 7.
6 · Your rights
Export — you can download all your garden data (including
voice note recordings) as a ZIP archive at any time from
Settings → Privacy → Export my data.
Deletion — you can permanently delete your garden and
partner link from Settings → Privacy → Unlink garden. For full
account deletion, contact us directly.
Correction — your display name and profile photo are
managed through your Google account.

8 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the
"Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
